中华人民共和国海事局关于外国国籍船舶进入中华人民共和国领海报告报告要求的公告。
根据《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》规定，外国船舶进入中华人民共和国领海，应当向海事管理机关报告。相关要求公布如下：
一、适用范围
适用于进入中华人民共和国领海的下列外国国籍船舶：
(a)潜水器；
(二)核电站船舶；
(三)运输放射性物质的船舶；
(四)载运散装油类、化学品、液化气等有毒有害物质的船舶；
(五)法律、行政法规或者国务院规定的可能危及中华人民共和国海上交通安全的其他船舶。
二、报告方法
船舶或其代理人可以下列方式之一报告：

三、报告要求
(一)船舶进入中华人民共和国领海时，应当报告以下内容：
1.清晰、呼号、国际海事组织号码、水上移动通信业务识别代码、格式如：spring/df ph2/9365788/218846000/；
2.报告日期、时间和当前船舶位置(例如，202108/211450 utc/2933n/12312 e//；
3.以前的航名、出海日期和时间，格式如Singapore/202108/112150 utc//；
4.以下港口名称、预计日期和时间、格式：Shanghai/202108/251830 UTC//；
5.航天器卫星电话号码，格式如：0087073156389//；
6.所列危险品的正式名称、联合国编号(如无联合国编号、NA标记)、污染类别(不适用、NA标记)、装载量(吨)、格式：benzene/1114/y/50000
(二)船舶进入中华人民共和国领海后船舶自动识别系统设备处于良好使用状态时，不需要后续报告。如果船舶自动识别系统设备不能正常工作，除上述报告外，以后每两小时必须报告以下内容：直到这次航行最终离开中华人民共和国领海：
1.清晰、呼号、国际海事组织号码、水上移动通信业务识别代码、格式如：spring/df ph2/9365788/218846000/；
2.报告日期、时间和当前船舶位置(例如，202108/221108 UTC/3016N/12303 E//；
3.预计航行和平均航行，格式示例：COG296/SOG125//。
(三)船舶未按要求报告的，海事管理机关将按照有关法律、法规、规章和规章处理。
本公告自2021年9月1日起施行。

1.6 name of ship borne dangerous goods、unnumber (if none、mark with na)、category of noxious substance(if non-applications)
