I feel like it's pretty clear that Rondo is the type that cares a lot about his teammates, but has a real issue with authority. He clashes a ton with coaches. Just look at the shit he pulled in Dallas.
But he's often described as taking rookies under his wing, standing up for his teammates, and putting in extra hours to help others out.
CP3 just seems like a kiss-ass. He's like the Golden boy cool kid, and he can probably do no wrong in his mind. He's probably the exact type Rondo despises.

For what it's worth, many of the Bulls (and Mirotic, a former Bull) consider Rondo a great teammate, mostly for sticking up for them when Wade and Butler were criticizing them, but also for working with them a lot all during the season. Opinions vary.

it's weird that Dallas was his only bad-stop, yet no one wants to turn around and question what about Dallas made him so shitty?
