(1)加兰花装饰

Garland is a long，thicker strand that goes on bannisters，doorways，and tables .

Garland是挂在栏杆、门或桌子上的又长又宽的东西。

It is usually made of plants and decorated appropriately with other things like flowers, tinsel, or leaves.

通常是用植物做的，再以合适的花朵、金属箔或者叶子装饰。

(2) Wreath 花环

A wreath is circular decoration usually made with vegetation of sorts.

Wreath是一个圆形的装饰物，通常是用植被等东西做的。

(3) Tinsel 金属箔

Tinsel is shiny metallic strands.

Tinsel是闪亮的金属质感的长条。

It can come in a garland or just the separate strand form.

它可以挂在garland上，或者作为单独的一条。

The separate strands are often just called "tree tinsel" because that's what goes on the Christmas tree.

单独的条条一般叫tree tinsel，因为它们会被挂到圣诞树上。
